Escape from trials | 「聖書」ことばの力

All the trials you have met are not unknown to you. God is true, so do not let you meet intolerable trials. Rather, be prepared to escape along with the trials so that you can endure it. (Bible 1 Corinthians 10:13)

There are many challenges in our lives. Face difficulties and hardships. Annoyed by unexpected events. So is Corona.

The Bible says that God is true and will not let you face unbearable trials. There are times when humans are not true. But God is always true. Kazuko Watanabe, the president of Notre Dame Seishin Gakuen, wrote in the book “Bloom in the Place” that “God never gives too much test to your power.”

I think God gave you the test, thinking you could bear it. If so, the trial must have meaning and purpose. Through trials, one can lose a lot and realize what is really important. Also, through trials, you will mature as a person, sympathize with and sympathize with other people’s circumstances, and be able to think from that person’s standpoint, and you will be able to understand the pain of others more than before. However, I cannot understand all about the other person. Humans have their limits. But by experiencing similar challenges, I think we can give people comfort and encouragement. Our experience will be put to good use. I don’t think it’s a waste to experience that trial. I believe that what looks negative turns into positive.

Bible says that rather, be prepared to escape along with the trials so that you can endure it. Some people may feel that there is no way out if all sides are blocked and there is nowhere to go, but the top is open. Please look up at the heavens. Pray to God and ask God for help. If you do so, I believe that God, who is true, will empower you to withstand the trials and pave the way for your escape.
