Light that cuts through the darkness Disappointment turns into hope

3 God said. “Let there be light.” Then there was light. 4 God saw the light was good. God separated light and darkness. 5 God named the light day and the darkness night. There was evening and there was morning, – the first day. (Bible Genesis 1: 3-5)

God created the perfect world (Genesis 1: 1, Reference: https://canaan.blog/genesis-1-1 ). However, the rebellion and corruption of the devil cursed the earth and brought God’s judgment (Genesis 1: 2, Reference: https://canaan.blog/who-is-lucifer ).

Then, the work of God’s re-creation for three to six days begins (Genesis 1: 3-). We can see that Genesis 1: 1 and 2 are in the state before the first day.

God created light by his own word, “Let there be light.” It is written in Psalm 33: 6. Heaven was created by the word of the Lord. All of the heavenly elephants are all by the blow of your mouth. The light itself is the result of God’s creation. The creation of light prior to the creation of the sun on the fourth day shows the existence of light that does not depend on the sun. I think this is the glorious light of God. The capital(heaven) does not need the sun or moon to illuminate it. For the glorious light of God illuminates the city, and the lamb (Jesus Christ) is the light of the city (Revelation 21:23).

God, who said, “Light shines out of darkness,” illuminated our hearts and shined our knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ (ⅡCorinthians4: 6). This may imply that the light that illuminates the hearts of those who believe in Jesus Christ comes from the same source as the light created on the first day. The apostle Paul was converted by the light from heaven (Acts 9: 3).

When God said, “Let there be light.” light was created. When God speaks a word, it will be true. When Jesus said, ” Shut up and calm down ” (Mark 4:39), that word came true and the storm calmed down. ” My words that come out of my mouth are vain and will not come back to me. I will surely accomplish what I want and succeed in what I say ” (Isaiah 55:11). As it is written.　

Jesus is the light. The people who were sitting in the darkness saw the great light, and the light rose on the land of death and those who were sitting in the shadow of death (Matthew 4:16). The light shone in the darkness. Darkness did not overcome this (John 1: 5). As was the case in the past, I think many people are still sitting down with fear and hopelessness. But Jesus, the Light, illuminates our hearts, shines in the Light, gives us hope to live, and allows us to stand up.

God made a distinction between light and darkness, day and night. Jesus is the light and the day. Jesus said. ” I am the light of the world. Those who follow me will never walk in darkness and have the light of life ” (John 8:12).

” There was evening and there was morning. ” What is the phrase is, I think in the Jewish customs and because the day began from the sunset. Those who believe in Jesus Christ can have hope that the morning (bright and resolved) will surely come, even if it is the evening (dark and difficult situation). The Spirit of God (Genesis 1: 2) and the Word of God (Genesis 1: 3) work together. It’s chaotic now and there may be confusion. However, the Holy Spirit, the spirit of God works and gives us hope and light. Disappointment & despair turns into hope, darkness turns into light. Negatives turn into positives. Even if the darkness covers it, the word of God has power, so when God commands “Let there be light”, the light cuts through the darkness in an instant, and the darkness disappears. Difficulties may seem great. But God is greater than difficulty. Let’s put hope in God.
